As a Financial Professional with MassMutual Pacific, you will work with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial priorities and help them identify strategies to protect their income, families, businesses, and long-term goals. You will receive training, mentorship, technology, and business-development resources designed to help you establish a client base and grow a long-term financial services practice. Job Responsibilities:
Build relationships with individuals, families, professionals, and business owners. Meet with clients to understand their goals, priorities, and financial protection needs. Educate clients on life insurance, income protection, retirement, and other financial strategies. Conduct fact-finding and needs analysis to help identify appropriate solutions. Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement. Build and maintain a growing client base. Conduct ongoing client reviews as needs and circumstances change. Develop knowledge of available insurance and financial products and services. Collaborate with experienced Financial Professionals and specialists when appropriate. Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, coaching, and professional development. Obtain and maintain required licenses and comply with applicable industry regulations and company policies.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and open to coaching. Strong relationship-building skills and a desire to help others. Comfortable networking, meeting new people, and developing new business relationships. Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and situations.
Nice-to-Haves:
Active Life and Health Insurance license. Previous experience in sales, banking, finance, hospitality, retail, consulting, education, coaching, customer service, or business development. Experience with networking, prospecting, referral development, or consultative sales. Demonstrated success in a performance-driven environment. Leadership, entrepreneurial, or community involvement experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
