AVN - Mgmt Inc. is currently hiring a Bilingual AT&T Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will represent AT&T by engaging directly with customers, introducing them to wireless, internet, and entertainment services, and helping them understand available options. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating face-to-face, and developing customer service and sales skills. As a Bilingual AT&T Representative, you will communicate with customers in English and Spanish, answer questions about AT&T services, explain promotions and service options, and assist customers with completing enrollments. You will receive training and ongoing support while gaining hands-on experience representing a leading telecommunications brand. Bilingual AT&T Representative Responsibilities Engage directly with customers in person to introduce AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment services. Communicate with customers in English and Spanish to explain products, promotions, and service options. Learn about customer needs and recommend AT&T solutions that fit their preferences. Answer customer questions and provide clear, professional information about available services. Assist customers with service enrollment and account activation while providing a positive experience. Work with team members to support daily customer engagement and sales goals. Bilingual AT&T Representative Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking with customers in person. Professional, positive, and eager to learn. Reliable and able to work independently or with a team. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Training and ongoing support are provided to help new team members develop product knowledge, customer communication, and sales skills while building experience as a Bilingual AT&T Representative.
