As a Bilingual AT&T Representative , you will work directly with customers to introduce AT&T wireless products, answer questions, and recommend personalized solutions based on each customer's needs. The Bilingual AT&T Representative is often the first person customers interact with, making professionalism, relationship building, and problem solving essential to success. Responsibilities of the Bilingual AT&T Representative Introduce customers to AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions while recommending solutions that best fit their individual needs. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and informative experience during every interaction. Partner with fellow team members to improve sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to team success. Assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate product information. Identify opportunities to expand customer services through additional products and promotions when appropriate. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, account updates, and sales activity. Qualifications of the Bilingual AT&T Representative Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or another customer facing role is preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable learning new technology and wireless products. Detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Positive attitude and solution focused approach. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Self motivated with a desire to grow professionally and contribute to a team.

Pay:

$900.00 - $1,550.00 per week
