This is not a business development role: you won't be asked to prospect or close new business. Instead, you'll be the person who keeps existing business banking relationships running smoothly day to day, handling account servicing, application processing, and customer requests so our Relationship Managers can stay focused on the client relationship itself. You'll work closely with the executive team as the department scales, which means your responsibilities will evolve as the business does. Key Responsibilities Maintain and support existing business banking customer relationships, serving as a responsive point of contact for account-related needs Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and service requests Process new business account openings and related documentation Process business loan and credit applications, including data entry, document collection, and status tracking Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Credit, and Operations to keep applications and account changes moving without delays Manage multiple concurrent tasks and shifting priorities across a given day without dropping items Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements Identify and flag process gaps or inefficiencies to leadership as the department scales Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in banking operations, business banking support, account servicing, or a related administrative/financial services role Strong attention to detail, particularly with application processing and documentation Demonstrated ability to prioritize and switch between multiple tasks and interruptions without losing accuracy Comfortable working directly with, and taking direction from, senior leadership Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions Proficiency with core banking systems and standard office software (training provided on proprietary systems) High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred What You'll Gain Direct, regular exposure to the executive team and visibility into how the department is run The opportunity to help shape how this role and the surrounding processes are structured as the business banking team grows A full-time, in-office role with a stable base salary in the $60,000-$70,000 range Schedule & Location Full-time, in-office at our Lakewood, CO location. Standard business hours.
