Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of private bankers to achieve individual and collective sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service standards. Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to attract high-net-worth clients and deepen existing client relationships. Oversee the underwriting process for loan applications, ensuring adherence to banking regulations and credit policies. Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis, cash flow assessments, and credit risk evaluations to support lending decisions. Manage client portfolios proactively, providing personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and risk profiles. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including Bank Secrecy Act requirements and industry-specific financial laws. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upsell banking products such as loans, investment services, and cash management solutions, enhancing revenue streams. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial or corporate banking with a strong background in relationship management, credit analysis, and financial sales. Deep knowledge of banking products, loan processing procedures, and financial software tools. Demonstrated expertise in risk management, underwriting standards, and industry regulations related to financial services. Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective client communication abilities to foster trust and loyalty. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and conduct cash flow analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant financial software platforms. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
