This position focuses on assisting clients, maintaining client relationships, explaining available products and services, and helping individuals understand options that may meet their needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable communicating with clients, and able to learn information about products and services. Training and ongoing professional development are provided. Responsibilities Communicate with prospective and existing clients in a professional manner Explain product information, eligibility requirements, and available options clearly and accurately Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and provide continued customer support Schedule and conduct client appointments Identify client needs and recommend appropriate available solutions Maintain accurate client and appointment records Follow company procedures and applicable industry requirements Participate in scheduled training and professional-development meetings Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services offered Provide timely follow-up to clients and prospective clients Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and dependable Comfortable speaking with clients individually and in a presentation setting Strong organizational and time-management skills Customer service or financial services experience is helpful but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Flexible scheduling Training and ongoing professional development Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment
