Job Description

Summary Integrated Financial Planning Coordinator is focused on assisting advisors who subscribe to the services of IFP within Northwestern Mutual Central Florida. He or she will provide all aspects of service support to the financial representative as they focus on building his/her financial advising practice and client relationships. This individual also ensures the continuation of an efficient, effective, and organized office. Additionally, serves as a liaison between the network office, home office and the financial representatives. Responsibilities
  • File account forms and other insurance-related materials.
  • Monitor Daily Status Report (DSR).
  • Prepare policies for delivery.
  • Facilitate routine department trainings.
  • Complete and review insurance applications, conversions and policy changes for completeness and accuracy.
  • Arrange medical, paramedical, and any exams necessary for underwriting.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming tasks and alerts.
  • Interpret new account work orders, gathering all information necessary for onboarding new accounts utilizing NetX 360.
  • Send paperwork for e-sign via Work Manager application, uploading signed documents to NetX 360.
  • Provide ongoing service to accounts, such as ACH payments, asset movement, portfolio reallocation and buys and sells.
  • Manage tracker updates, critical for maintaining an accurate record of the life cycle of accounts.
  • Maintain regular contact with advisors through weekly meetings and updates of pending accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with both the team members and advisors regarding workflow, deadlines and new or missing information.
  • Provide case consultation to advisors.
  • Act as a quality screen, guiding advisors to solutions in alignment with compliance and firm policies.
  • Stay up to date with market news in an effort to better-serve subscribers and clients alike.
  • Develop and nurture a quality relationship with Home Office as a resource for ensuring accuracy and consistency of service.
  • Env2 advisory account servicing including goal modification, RAIS cash requests, and systematic withdrawals.
Qualifications Education and Industry Experience Required:
  • Life, Accident & Health Insurance license must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer relationship and service skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with others
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance and/or related field
  • 2-3 years financial planning experience
  • Series 7 & 63 within 6 months
  • Ability to assess client financial situations and analyze portfolios to develop and implement comprehensive plans aligned with client goals
