This is an entry point into the profession, not a dead-end support job. The person we hire will learn the business from the client service side first, then move into planning and client-facing advisory work as they demonstrate capability. We will invest in licensing, credentials, and mentorship. What You'll Do- Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests — account maintenance, transfers, distributions, paperwork, and follow-up
- Prepare materials for client meetings and handle post-meeting follow-through
- Maintain client records and workflows in our CRM
- Coordinate with custodians, insurance carriers, and outside professionals (CPAs, attorneys)
- Support financial planning analysis and portfolio review preparation
- Participate in client investment analysis, contributing to strategy design and portfolio review preparation
- Take on progressively more client responsibility as skills develop What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- Three or more years of professional work experience — industry experience is helpful but not required. We have hired successfully from teaching, hospitality, healthcare administration, and sales
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on the phone with clients
- Detail orientation and follow-through. In this business, small errors have real consequences for clients
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career serving clients, not a steppingstone
- Willingness to pursue the Series 65 license within the first year Compensation & The Path Forward Starting salary up to depending on experience will range from $70,000-$90,000, with increases tied to licensing milestones and expanding client responsibility.
