This position is responsible for providing adequate and timely assistance to members with all aspects of their Credit Union requests. This includes CDs, IRAs, opening and closing memberships, title work and other financial transactions. Requires a HS Diploma/Equivalent and at least 2 years of similar experience in a bank or credit union. This position is at our Olde Creek Branch at the corner of Olde Creek and Perryville in Rockford, Illinois. Specific day to day activities include: Interviewing new members for eligibility, preparing necessary documents, assisting on the service line, account inquiries, and discussions about credit union services and opportunities for our members.
