Overview Join our team at Riverside Community Federal Credit Union as a Member Service Representative. We are seeking a friendly, accurate, and efficient individual to help service our members with their financial needs. This is a full-time position. May require occasional Saturday shifts from 9 A.M.-12 P.M. Duties Greet and assist members in person, by phone, or electronically in a professional and courteous manner Open new accounts and maintain existing member accounts Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments Respond to member inquires and resolve issues accurately and efficiently Educate members on our financial products that would benefit their banking experience Ensure compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Maintain confidentiality of member information and safeguard financial data Balance cash drawers and ensure accuracy on daily transactions Support branch operations and assist team members as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or financial institution experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations Proficiency with computers and banking systems Strong problem-solving skills and a member-focused mindset
