Summary:
This position will assist in the efficient operation of the Loan Department by providing administrative support to loan officers and quality service to customers. You will work with lenders and branch management. It will be critical that you project the bank's professional image and maintain privacy of employee and customer information at all times.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Assists loan officers with duties related to lending Assists with business development initiatives Coordinates with loan operations staff and lenders to execute accurate documents needed for lending Schedules or attends meetings and training sessions as appropriate Generates reports as needed Assists in gathering data for audits and follow up reports Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries and correspondence from customers and employees, and solves issues if they arise Prepares loan supporting documents and performs a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures Participate in bank and community events outside of normal banking hours as requested Cross-sells financial institution products and services as appropriate Assists other departments on a temporary basis as needed during peak hours Project friendliness and professionalism in appearance, attitude, and communication, when dealing with customers, coworkers, and external contacts
Position Requirements:
High level of confidentiality is a must Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proactive with ability to follow through to completion Excellent communication skills and business writing skills Previous Banking experience a plus Ability to work independently MS Office - Word and Excel Understanding of Bank Products and Services Community involvement is encouraged Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, Monday-Friday. Occasional extended hours or weekends may be required to support projects. Monday - Friday 8AM- 5PM
