Your responsibilities will include managing deposit services such as account opening, closure, and maintenance, as well as processing loans, conducting loan interviews, and preparing applications for credit approval. Whether assisting members electronically or in-person, you will ensure a seamless experience while promoting and cross-selling our credit union's products and services to enhance member relationships and loyalty. You will also be responsible for resolving member issues and inquiries effectively and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience with a full-service financial institution is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems High school diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union Knowledge of loan processing functions, requirements, and procedures Join us in delivering outstanding financial solutions that empower our clients! Pay:
