We're looking for a Real Estate Servicer to join our team and help ensure our members' mortgage loans run smoothly long after closing. In this role, you'll be the expert managing escrow accounts, insurance tracking, loan payments, payoffs, member questions, and more. If you're detail oriented, enjoy variety in your day, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail Excellent organization and time management skills A passion for helping people The ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy Financial services or mortgage experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Role is in person initially and then hybrid with required in person working days out of our Saco branch Why UCU?
