POSITION PURPOSE

Member Services Representatives (MSR's) play a vital role and are the face of the Credit Union. At Centricity Credit Union, your job is to make a positive impact on members and non-members by answering questions accurately and completing a wide variety of transactions which will meet their needs. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent the credit union to members and non-members in a courteous and professional manner Processes member's transactions timely and accurately Balances at the end of the day with little to no errors Research teller errors when identified, respond and communicate appropriately Knowledge of Credit Union Products and Services Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed members expectations Identify sales opportunities to deepen member relationships by building rapport, uncovering needs, offering recommendations and submitting referrals to other departments of the Credit Union Adhere to Centricity Credit Unions Policies and Procedures Support Centricity Credit Unions commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by demonstrating the ability to work with a diverse range of individuals of all ages and backgrounds Maintain member confidentiality Other duties as assigned

Education/Certification:

High school graduate or equivalent

Experience Preferred:

Teller experience preferred but not required A minimum of 6 months customer service and cash handling experience
