Position Reports to:Business Banking Associate Manager Objective :
The Business Banking Associate will aid in product and services delivery, onboarding, and client relationship management freeing up the time of the Relationship Managers (RM) so they can focus on the clients. Position will be responsible to maintain a positive, high touch, hospitable client experience while exemplifying Platinum Bank's Client Service Standards. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task daily activities and have strong organizational skills. Previous loan administration experience is desired.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support for Relationship Managers (RM).General Administrative Support:
Provide customer service and enhance customer relationship portraying the service culture of Platinum Bank Perform various administrative and data entry duties Coordinate schedules, make appointments, provide setup for meetings and prepare/send correspondenceProduct Support :
Perform various duties to assist in processing new product requests including conventional and SBA loans, deposits, related services and loan renewals to include: Collaborate with third-party service providers, attorneys, title companies, and internal business partners to facilitate the credit approval process, support customer due diligence activities, and coordinate the timely closing of loan transactions. Submit loan underwriting requests, ensuring all required financial information, supporting documentation, and credit package components are complete, accurate, and submitted within established service standards. Coordinate the ordering, collection, and review of loan closing and post-closing documentation, ensuring required documents are obtained, tracked, and delivered to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. Coordinate the collection and delivery of business formation documents, ownership information, resolutions, and other required account-opening documentation. Partner with Cash Management and operational teams to facilitate the deposit account opening process and ensure timely completion of onboarding activities. Maintain and manage electronic customer records, process disbursement and transactional activities, and research and resolve collateral and financial documentation exceptions. Facilitate loan closings with clients by coordinating closing activities, reviewing documentation for completeness, ensuring proper execution of required documents, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Assist customers with account questions, maintenance, service requests and troubleshooting Review and facilitate construction disbursementsClient Services:
Perform various duties to assist in supporting clients with new and existing deposit services requests to include: Greet customers, answer phones and provide customer service portraying the service culture of Platinum Bank. Comply with Federal and State Regulatory Compliance Statutes and bank policies and procedures applicable to the functions being performed Performs other responsibilities as assignedRequirements:
Education and/or Experience High School degree or GED Required Preferred 4 year college degree or (5+) years related banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Loan administrative experience is desired. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Effective communication skills Handle and maintain information with utmost confidentiality Excellent customer service and collaboration skills Excellent analysis, observation, problem solving and decision making skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in fast pace environment Strong attention to detail Accuracy and efficiency with attention to details Technically skilled in the following software applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with Jack Henry and nCino applications desirable Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
