Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for all tasks performed related to the receipt, tracking, and posting of patient payments. Serves as the Central Bank for Main campus departments with basic banking needs such as change requests or deposit verifications. Functions as a customer service rep providing detailed statements, scanning copies of insurance cards, and assisting patients with general questions. EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required:
High school diploma with 6 to 12 months experience in a professional or healthcare related business office or similar experience in a Clinical setting such as an acute care hospital or Ambulatory Surgical Center. Incumbent must be proficient in the use of keyboard and basic computer applications.
Preferred:
Above plus college level coursework in related field, Bi-Lingual with strong Spanish comprehension and verbal skills, advanced computing skills.
