What You Will Be Doing:
Serving as a trusted first point of contact for advisors and investors, handling 25-30 inbound interactions per day-resolving everything from straightforward account questions to complex transactions. This is a high-impact, phone-based role with structured training, hands-on coaching, and a clear path to grow your skills across core service areas like Move Money, New Accounts, and Account Transfers.
Role Logistics:
12-month contract
Location:
Fort Mill, SC Onsite from Day 1 during training; transition to remote after training based on team needs and business requirements Shift within an 8:00 AM-8:00 PM ET coverage window, Monday-Friday (assigned by business need; 4x10s or 5x8s options) Start date: October 13th, 2026 Pay rate: $21-$24/hr, depending on experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role (recent graduates welcome) High-volume, phone-based customer service experience and comfort being on calls throughout the day Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving with an ownership mindset (able to research, take initiative, and drive resolution) Ability to navigate multiple systems/tools simultaneously while maintaining accuracy Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process- and compliance-focused documentation
Preferred:
financial services exposure (education or work experience); SIE exam completed; experience supporting advisors, investors, or banking/financial clients; back-office processing, forms review, or transaction processing; resilience and de-escalation skills
