Verizon Representative:

Representing Verizon directly to customers, presenting plans, devices, and services Building rapport and trust quickly, since most of your day is direct customer conversation Help troubleshoot customer accounts and make sure satisfaction is met Working toward weekly enrollment and customer satisfaction targets as part of a team Answering questions, providing solutions, and following up with customers when needed What we're looking for: Interpersonal and communication skills No Verizon, telecom, or prior sales experience necessary, full training provided Self-motivated, this role rewards people who bring energy, not just show up
