Job Description As a Financial Representative you will build long-lasting relationships, offer guidance while providing solutions to help clients meet their financial goals and objectives. Financial Representatives are supported by an onboarding process, continuous training programs, mentoring and unlimited access to resources to assist their clients. Financial Representatives are also supported by a network of specialists who together provide guidance on: Comprehensive Financial Planning Asset & Income Protection Personal Planning Analysis/ Business Needs Analysis Education Funding Investment & Advisory Services Trust Services/Estate Analysis /Retirement Solutions/Employee & Executive Benefits Responsibilities Offer a personalized/need based approach to providing customized solutions tailored to each client's long term financial goals and objectives. Managing financial risk and achieving financial security in the areas but not limited to; life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, annuities and investments. Create a referral-based practice to build your clientele. Minimum Qualifications 4 Year Bachelor's Degree Strong interpersonal and networking skills Self-starter, go-getter mentality, ability to overcome adversity History of high achievement demonstrated by rapid growth and consistent, measurable results Ability to develop lasting, meaningful relationships as well as influence others Preferred Qualifications 1 years of sales experience Entrepreneurial mindset Strong preference towards professionalism and development
