Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from financial advisors and branch employees regarding Retirement Services Research and resolve inquiries using internal and external resources Support questions related to retirement accounts, contributions, distributions, and tax procedures Follow established procedures and route requests to the appropriate teams Escalate complex issues for further research and resolution Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing a high level of service

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

• Required Strong communication and listening skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to handle and de-escalate difficult interactions Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to different situations Relevant internship experience is considered

Preferred:
