Member Service Representative (Full-Time) TopMark Federal Credit Union TopMark Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and friendly individual to join our team as a full-time Member Service Representative . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional member service. As a Member Service Representative, you will perform a variety of member service functions, including processing teller transactions, maintaining accurate member records, and identifying opportunities to refer products and services that help take a member's financial life from good to GREAT . Duties & Responsibilities Process a variety of financial transactions for members and non-members Accurately update and maintain member records Inform members about additional products, services, and current promotions based on their financial needs Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service during every interaction Comply with all TopMark FCU policies, procedures, regulations, and internal controls Collaborate effectively with branch team members Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Effective time management skills Ability to achieve positive outcomes when assisting upset or anxious members Working knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures Strong computer skills Ability to present a professional image at all times Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $16.45 per hour Paid Time Off Full Benefits Package including: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Long-Term Disability Matching 401(k)
