OVERVIEW

Provide an excellent experience with the ability to serve a member with any request, including lending and new accounts needs, maintenance on accounts and/or teller transactions. An FSR provided a one-stop shop experience for any member. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Ensure excellent member service; every member, every transaction, every time. Conduct member interviews to uncover true lending and new account needs to better help improve their overall financial situation. Collect proper documentation, process and close loans on-the-spot. Ensure the complete application for the underwriting by gaining all necessary documentation to assist in processing and closing loans; ensure the stipulations given by the underwriter are fulfilled. Prepare packets and closing documents for members to sign. Open new accounts; may perform service and maintenance on existing accounts. Cross-sell additional products and services to best fit member need(s). Effectively manage loan / new account pipeline with proper follow-up for members. Outbound calls including lead lists, referral follow-up, etc. in order to meet / exceed sales and service goals. May be assigned online loan applications from the online loan service to complete; follow up with the members and ensure an effective and efficient closing. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of GCCU products and services. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of credit union policies and procedures as well as applicable rules and regulations and how they apply to GCCU. Back up teller line as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Excellent member service skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Retail banking experience is a plus 2+ years' branch or lending experience required Previous sales experience preferred Ability to multi-task; good time management skills Excellent research and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Availability to work overtime and Saturdays as required Highly ethical. :

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
