full-time Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Client First Center Representative for a leading financial services client. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through inbound phone calls and digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to resolve customer concerns while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Day-to-Day:

Answer inbound customer inquiries regarding banking products and services Support customers through phone, email, online chat, and digital channels Research customer accounts and resolve issues efficiently Process account maintenance requests and transactions accurately Educate customers on available products and services Identify sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate banking partners Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Document customer interactions and resolutions Strive to achieve first-call resolution and deliver exceptional customer service Required Skills & Experience High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience handling high-volume inbound calls Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment Ability to research customer accounts and resolve issues independently Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking systems Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Nice to Have Skills & Experience Banking or financial services experience Contact center or customer support center experience Experience supporting loan or deposit accounts Experience with Jack Henry SilverLake or similar banking platforms Experience supporting customers via phone, email, chat, or social media Sales referral or cross-selling experience Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements

Compensation:

$15/hr to $18/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
