Job Description

Member Service Representative Position Summary:
PrideStaff is seeking a Member Service Representative for a local financial institution. The Member Service Representative is the primary point of contact for our members across various digital channels, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full time in office position. This role is crucial in delivering the personalized, friendly experience our members expect, assisting them with banking needs, troubleshooting digital tools, and educating them on our products and services - all while upholding the highest standards of security and compliance.
Schedule:
8:05 a.m. to 5:05 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Help members by phone, email, and chat. Answer questions about accounts and digital banking (online, app, etc.). Solve problems and fix technical issues for members. Process transactions like transfers and payments. Explain products and services to members. Follow all security rules to keep member information safe.
Minimum Requirements:
1-3 years in customer service, ideally at a bank or credit union. High school diploma or GED. Good with computers and new software, strong communication, organized, and can work well on your own.
