What You'll Do As a Member Service Representative , you'll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys: Provide exceptional customer service: Assist members with their financial needs and answer inquiries about products and services.
Process transactions accurately:
Handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Cross-sell products and services:
Educate members on Trumark's offerings and recommend solutions that meet their financial goals.
Resolve member issues:
Address concerns and find effective resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain operational excellence:
Ensure cash drawers are balanced, transactions are completed efficiently, and records are kept organized. What You Bring to the
Table Education:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or a related field preferred.
Experience:
1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or banking preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in technology. A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset are essential.
Availability:
Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, may be required. What to
