As a Financial Services Representative, you will work with individuals and families to help them understand financial protection, life insurance, savings, and other financial-service concepts. What You'll Do Meet with individuals and families to discuss their financial goals and protection needs Educate clients about available financial products and services Conduct client needs-based reviews Develop and maintain professional client relationships Follow up with prospective and existing clients Participate in company training and professional development Work toward obtaining the licenses required for the products and services you offer What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Professional and dependable attitude Willingness to learn Comfortable speaking with people Ability to work independently and as part of a team Sales or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required Training & Licensing Paid Licensing New representatives receive training and guidance related to the business, products, and applicable licensing requirements.
