Job Description
Financial Services Rep (Annuities & Investments) Hybrid | Contract-to-Hire (2-3 days onsite) We are seeking a Financial Services Representative to support a growing financial services team focused on client service, product support, and retention efforts related to annuities and investment products. This is not a sales role—this position is centered around servicing existing clients and financial advisors, handling inquiries, supporting product understanding, and assisting with customer needs. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and financial advisors regarding annuities and investment products Respond to inbound inquiries related to: Product details Account activity Tax implications Procedures and regulatory guidelines Support retention and conservation efforts, helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions Accurately process and support exchange transactions (1035 exchanges) Navigate multiple systems and internal tools to efficiently resolve inquiries Document all interactions and actions with a high level of accuracy and detail Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues Meet performance metrics related to call quality, efficiency, and service levels Continuously build knowledge across financial products, systems, and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Active •Series 6 or 7 License required 3+ years of experience in customer service or client support, ideally within financial services or insurance Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and professionally High attention to detail, especially in documentation and transaction processing Ability to multitask across systems in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) What Sets This Role Apart Focus on client experience and retention, not outbound sales Exposure to annuities and investment products in a highly regulated environment Opportunity to develop deeper expertise in financial products and advisor support Collaborative team environment with ongoing coaching and development Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience and licensing Target range: $32-$35/hour
