Overview:
Insurance Premium Payment Associate Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsible to work in multiple computer programs at a time. Must be able to maintain a high level of service to customers while managing changing volume demands of the call center. One year customer service experience, computer skills & strong verbal skills required. Collections experience preferred. Must be detailed oriented. Hybrid•Sentara Park, Virginia Beach, VA Education High School Diploma Certification/Licensure No specific certification or licensure requirements Experience High School Diploma One (1) year of related experience Healthcare Insurance, billing One (1) year of strong Customer Service experience Written and Verbal skills•to support customer service goals Collections experience preferred but not required Detail orientedBenefits:
