We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Field Associate to join our growing financial services team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial education, entrepreneurship, and helping clients build financial security through personalized solutions. As a Field Associate, you will support multiple areas of financial services including financial literacy training, product distribution, client education, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering financial literacy presentations and workshops to individuals, families, and small business owners. Support clients with understanding financial concepts including budgeting, debt management, insurance planning, investments, retirement planning, and estate strategies. Collaborate with senior advisors to design and implement financial strategies tailored to client needs. Participate in business development activities including client acquisition, networking events, and community outreach. Manage client records, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Stay informed on financial products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information. Support training and mentorship of new associates entering the field.
