RCS Associate Job Description Overview Location:
Hybrid, primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements at a Revenue Cycle Campus (ex: training, quarterly in-person meetings, etc)
Hours:
Days with shifts ranging from 7am - 7pm Monday-Friday and 8am-noon on Saturdays This position is responsible for delivering high-quality scheduling outcomes alongside providing exceptional patient experiences within the Revenue Cycle System Patient Access Centers. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, scheduling, handling patient inquiries, registration, insurance verification, financial counseling/individual solutions, and customer service. Position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals.
Main Function:
Support Access Center operations. At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred. Requires working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance. Requires a high level of interpersonal and problem solving skills. Requires effective written and verbal communication skills. Requires the ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
