Job Description Leads a team of 12 responsible for engaging and responding to digital customer sales inquiries via inbound call, web, and chat, and driving each interaction to a successful sales outcome. Serves as a collaborative sales leader and performance coach who builds a high-performing culture and develops sales acumen, sales discipline, and pipeline mastery across the team to consistently exceed sales results. Lead a digital sales team as a single, accountable revenue owner Own the full funnel — guide buyers from first inquiry through to a booked account Explore and adopt new tools and technology to improve responsiveness and sales pace Set clear sales goals and hold the team accountable to outcomes, not just activity Coach and develop the team through enablement, playbooks, and structured feedback Ensure a seamless handoff between digital and human touchpoints across the customer journey Build the culture, operating rhythms, and standards that drive consistent sales excellence Develop and maintain profitable customer relationships that drive retention and growth Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy Measure success by booked accounts and revenue, inbound conversion, and team responsiveness Basic Qualifications Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Typically two or more years of sales management experience Preferred Skills/Experience Advanced knowledge of sales strategies and new business development Experience leading combined sales and support functions Knowledge of banking products, operations, and current market trends Comfort adopting new tools and technology to improve sales and service Strong coaching skills, leadership presence, and a growth mindset Effective verbal and written communication and customer-relations skills Strong ownership and cross-functional partnership; makes sound decisions independently Proven people-leadership experience managing sales and/or customer-support teams Demonstrated track record of owning revenue targets and delivering measurable results Experience in digital, virtual, or inside sales and inbound demand conversion The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. $111,600.00 - 136,400.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
