Job Description

Senior Trust Officer to their growing team. The Senior Trust Office will manage client accounts and provide exceptional service to trust beneficiaries and referring Financial Advisors while advancing organizational objectives. This is a permanent position, offering a hybrid work schedule, paying up to $140k per year plus bonus and interviewing immediately.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Set team priorities and operational objectives while distributing workloads and responsibilities to ensure efficient execution. Help shape and implement policies and procedures that influence day-to-day client operations and broader departmental initiatives. Address complex operational matters by evaluating data, identifying solutions, and applying a strong understanding of company objectives and business needs. Evaluate prospective business opportunities by conducting initial due diligence, partnering with Financial Advisors and Business Development, and reviewing documentation to determine overall suitability. Drive strategic initiatives by determining effective processes, approaches, and performance measures to achieve business results. Manage financial and operational planning by establishing budgets, timelines, priorities, and performance expectations. Build consensus and influence stakeholders during sensitive or complex situations while maintaining positive and productive relationships. Oversee the full lifecycle of account administration, including new account setup, account closures, investment objective monitoring, fee management and collection, annual account reviews, encroachment requests, and tax-related activities.
