Our "Good Vibes" culture is built on meaningful relationships, community impact, and teamwork. Starting pay is $24.25-26.25/hour, based on experience.
Business hours:
Monday-Wednesday, 8-5pm; Thursday-Friday, 8-6pm; and Saturday, 9-1pm. Saturdays rotate based on department needs. Eligible for a hybrid schedule after training period, up to 2 days per week. This role delivers tailored financial solutions over the phone by identifying needs, supporting consumer loan requests, opening deposit accounts, and educating members on options that fit their goals. Grow member relationships through consultative, needs-based conversations and referrals to wealth management, insurance, business services, and commercial lending. Champion digital engagement by promoting digital banking tools, self-service options, and a polished, consistent virtual experience. Collaborate across teams with branches, lending, marketing, business services, and digital partners to deliver seamless member support. Maintain strong standards by following policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and accurate documentation practices. What we're looking for: A minimum of 3 years experience in financial services, lending, relationship management, or consultative sales. Strong knowledge of consumer lending products, including auto and personal loans. A relationship-driven, member-first approach with the ability to uncover needs and recommend tailored solutions. Excellent communication, virtual presentation, and digital service skills. Confidence managing complex conversations, multiple priorities, and performance goals with professionalism.
