Executive Assistant & Relationship Manager Corporate - 3rd Floor - McAllen, TX 78504 Apply Apply Description Assists the President in daily activities related to the Bank, other business activities, and civic and charitable events Serves as the liaison between senior management and employees Serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Management Provides a welcoming environment and communicates effectively and professionally with customers and other members of the team in person and by telephone Maintains a deposit and loan portfolio— opens new consumer and business accounts and processes consumer and commercial loans as needed Performs various account maintenance and provides resolution to customer requests May solicit or take residential mortgage loan applications; may offer or negotiate the terms of residential mortgage loan applications Coordinates logistics, scheduling, and venue arrangements for annual Board and Advisory Board meetings held in Las Vegas. Coordinates logistics and scheduling for the pickup and delivery of Christmas gifts to customers and bank officers. Manages the receipt and response process for employee suggestions. Provides world-class customer service and creates a positive banking experience Participates in job specific training and other various Bank training programs, as necessary Maintains current knowledge of internal risk controls and loss prevention, including reporting of suspicious or unusual customer activity per Bank policy Maintains current knowledge and complies with all federal and state laws and regulations and all established Bank policies and procedures, including internal audit controls related to department operations Maintains current knowledge of all rules, regulations, and laws as they apply to
