In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all members. Your ability to communicate effectively and your knowledge of retail operations will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities Greet and assist members as they enter the facility, ensuring a welcoming environment. Respond to member inquiries regarding services, products, and policies in a friendly and professional manner. Process transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly. Handle member complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution. Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Promote membership benefits and services to encourage sales and enhance member engagement. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in a cash handling or retail environment is required. Strong understanding of retail math and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse members. Ability in a team atmosphere to foster a superior member experience. Proven sales skills with the ability to promote products and services effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
