We are seeking to add a Financial Relationship Manager to our team. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who enjoys building relationships, knows how to follow through with sales opportunities, and is committed to providing exceptional client service while always putting clients first.

Education/ExperienceAssociate's degree required.1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Experience in financial services is a plus.

Experience in estate planning is a plus.

Experience with Redtail and WealthBox CRM is a plus.

Annuity sales experience is a plus.

Must be able to obtain a Life Insurance License within 30 days.

Must be able to obtain Series 65 within one year.

Skills/KnowledgeKnowledge of financial products and the ability to effectively answer prospect questions.

Previous experience processing confidential and detailed paperwork.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Excellent organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated confidence and effective public speaking skills.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and nurture new business and existing client relationships.

Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Present, explain, and educate clients on insurance policies and available options.

Maintain accurate records and workflow using WealthBox CRM.Collaborate with the financial planning team to deliver integrated solutions.

Resolve issues related to new accounts, transfers, and account amendments.

Open, close, and transfer client accounts.

Stay current on insurance regulations, products, and industry trends.
