Member Services Representative Duties:

• Provide exceptional member service to all members and guests
• Assist members with inquiries, account opening and updates, some consumer (auto, unsecured) lending, and routine transactions
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Assist with resolving member complaints or issues
• Promote and sell additional products or services to members

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent 10-key typing skills
• Strong math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
• Member or customer service in a financial institution
• Sales or consultative selling background a plus
• Previous bank or credit union experience is required
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
