As a Full Time Commercial Banking Officer at One Community Bank, you will take on the exciting challenge of developing and managing a diverse commercial lending portfolio while fostering strong client relationships. Your role will involve analyzing potential clients and assessing associated risks to ensure adherence to bank lending policies. You'll be engaged with the local community, participating in civic activities and professional associations to grow new business opportunities and enhance the bank's reputation. Delivering exceptional customer service will be paramount, as you actively cross-sell banking products tailored to client needs. With responsibilities ranging from preparing credit presentations for the Loan Committee to monitoring loan performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, you'll play a pivotal role in both minimizing risk and maximizing returns. Your hands-on approach, including on-site business visits and follow-ups, will strengthen the bank's relationships and elevate its community standing. What matters most To excel as a Full Time Commercial Banking Officer at One Community Bank, candidates must possess a solid foundation in business, finance, or accounting, highlighted by a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of commercial lending experience. Strong knowledge of current regulations, compliance issues, and bank products is essential for navigating the complexities of the lending landscape.
