Description Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting treasury management products and services to established and targeted prospective business clients Solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service Assess customer needs and recommend effective strategies and appropriate products Contribute to the Bank's deposit growth strategies and goals; generate additional revenue from the sale of treasury products and services Work closely with other Bank and Trust officers to achieve sales goals Attain established individual, department, and Bank goals through active participation in sales management and officer calling programs

Qualifications:

Three years of related experience with treasury management sales, support, and business development experience in the financial services industry Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience or knowledge in cost and profitability analysis Intermediate knowledge of job-related bank compliance regulations, bank products and services Advanced computer skills Excellent organizational and time management skills to achieve maximum productivity Bachelor's degree in a related business field preferred This is a Full-Time Position Hilltop Bank is an EEO Employer No established salary range
