This bilingual Korean/English role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals (0-3 years of experience) who wants to build experience in AML and ACH operations or who has an extensive experience in banking operations, transaction monitoring, cross-border payments, and financial compliance. This position offers structured training and hands-on exposure to U.S. ACH and Canadian Interac payment systems, AML monitoring processes, and B2B client support. It is an excellent opportunity to build foundational experience in payments processing, risk review, and fintech operations within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities for an Analyst Transaction Monitoring & AML Review flagged transactions and support AML monitoring activities. Investigate on-hold or rejected payments and escalate when necessary. Assist with EDD reviews and maintain internal risk controls. Support compliance reporting and documentation. Payments Operations Support daily ACH and Canadian Interac transaction processing and settlement tracking. Monitor and resolve returned or failed transactions. Assist with chargebacks, refunds, and payout processing. Coordinate with banking partners and payment processors to resolve issues. B2B Client Support Assist with B2B client onboarding and transaction execution. Monitor client payment activity for accuracy and compliance. Respond to internal and client inquiries related to transactions. Key Responsibilities for a Senior Analyst Lead US ACH and Canada Interac operations Own day-to-day processing, file submissions, and settlement for the U.S. ACH and Canadian Interac, ensuring compliance with NACHA/Interac rules and internal policies. Oversee US and Canada inbound and outbound payment flows, including exceptions (R-codes, returns, chargebacks) and reconciliation across banks, processors, and internal systems. Review and approve transaction

remittances, and onboarding cases. Manage and develop the Payments & ACH Operations team Lead and coach Payments and Operations Analysts who handle ACH/Interac processing, exception items, and B2B client payment support. Set clear priorities, processing cut-offs, and service-level agreements, and provide training on ACH/Interac procedures and tools. Track, analyze, and manage business performance Strengthening controls and improving processes Run the operational monitoring framework (queues, alerts, dashboards) and ensure items are worked within agreed timelines. Drive automation and process improvements with internal teams to reduce manual work and error rates. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners Collaborate with internal teams and offices to resolve complex customer and B2B client issues and improve end-to-end payment flows. Serve as a key operational contact for partners, escalating and resolving settlement or file issues. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Korean and English bilingual proficiency (한국어 및 영어 가능자). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn. Effective organizational and communication skills. Preferred Experience in payments, banking operations, AML, finance, or client support. Internship or exposure to fintech, financial services, or compliance functions. Basic understanding of ACH processing, transaction monitoring, reconciliation, or AML concepts. Additional Information Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant experience and qualifications for each positions. This position provides hands-on training and long-term growth opportunities within payments and fintech operations.
