Investigation Analyst
  • New Castle, DE
  • Contract
  • $24-34 per HR This role involves conducting and managing investigations related to financial activities at our New Castle, DE location.
The position is a contract opportunity with a focus on analyzing and documenting suspicious activities. Proficiency in generic technology tools is required to effectively perform the duties. Key Responsibilities Document and report case review findings and prepare case files for further analysis. Conduct thorough research using available systems, the Internet, and databases to resolve investigations. Collect and examine financial transaction data to identify unusual patterns. Create Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and recommend actions regarding client relationships. Collaborate with various units and law enforcement as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. 1-5 years' experience in financial investigations and identifying suspicious activities. Experience in writing and preparing SARs preferred. Knowledge of laws related to money laundering and financial crimes is essential. Advanced proficiency in generic office software and strong analytical skills.
