JWBK1 We are seeking an experienced Wire Processing & Investigations Specialist. We have 2 positions - they are a minimum 6 month contract and there is the possibility of perm. This is an immediate start and this role will handle domestic and international wire processing, investigations, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Process domestic and international wires, including foreign currency transactions. Monitor transactions across Fedwire, SWIFT, online banking, and core systems. Research and resolve wire discrepancies, returned payments, and complex investigations. Communicate with correspondent and intermediary banks to resolve transaction issues. Reconcile wire-related general ledger accounts and complete necessary accounting entries. Conduct initial OFAC reviews and escalate potential matches as required. Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, Travel Rule, and remittance regulations. Maintain accurate wire and investigation documentation. Qualifications 3+ years of bank wire transfer operations experience. Strong wire investigations experience. Experience with Fedwire, Fedlink and SWIFT. Knowledge of relevant banking and wire regulations. Strong attention to detail, research, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
