In this role, you will be on the front lines of safeguarding our ecosystem—investigating bad actors, preventing platform misuse (gameplay manipulation, sandbagging, fraudulent activity), and maintaining a fair environment for players.
salary:
$23 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

High SchoolResponsibilities Fraud & Risk Investigation:
Monitor, detect, and analyze suspicious player activity, gameplay manipulation, and abusive behavior across mobile platforms.
Case Management:
Conduct thorough investigations into escalated player accounts using internal databases, transaction histories, and ticketing platforms (Zendesk).
AML & Compliance Oversight:
Support risk mitigation processes including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner directly with Customer Support, VIP Account Managers, and Engineering to communicate fraud trends and refine prevention protocols.
Product Engagement:
Actively test and engage with our mobile gaming platform to stay ahead of exploit vectors and player-facing vulnerabilities.
