$21.00-$22.00 per hour

11:30 AM to 8:30 PM We are hiring for an experienced Fraud Specialist! Protect the company and its clients from losses resulting from fraud and other elements of financial crime. Applicants must have an Associate's Degree and experience in fraud, investigations, banking, compliance, business, or finance. Candidates must have strong communication skills and knowledge of financial crime. Does this describe you? Apply today!
Position Details:
Investigate and respond to fraud activity reported by clients and internal business partners. Combat external threats and educate clients on best practices. Review high risk clients and transactions to ensure repeat offenders are examined and high-risk transactions are prevented. Receive and resolve inbound fraud concerns and escalations via phone and email. Contact and coordinate with financial institutions to freeze bank accounts and retrieve illicit funds. Prepare letters of indemnification. Track fraud cases such as counterfeit checks, forged endorsements, or exposure of personal identifiable information.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of Associate's Degree in Criminal justice, Economic crime investigation, Finance, or Business required 1 year of experience in fraud , investigations, banking, compliance, business, finance preferred Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Client (KYC), and Osint is nice to have Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication skills Self-motivated Focused attention to detail US citizen or permanent resident status Completion of a background check One Path Career Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
