Job Description

Job Summary The SY Adjuster LLC team in Brea, California is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of:
TRAVELER INSURANCE MEDICAL CLAIM PROCESSOR
Job Description Detail - oriented, communication-focused, fully bilingual in Korean and English Review incoming claims for completeness and accuracy, verifying all required documentation such as medical records, billing information, and supporting paperwork Translating hospital reports, bills and securely uploading documents Place phone calls to hospitals and clients to verify billing details, request documents, insurance coverage and resolve claims efficiently. Utilize word processing programs to draft, format, and complie detailed Claim Reoprts in Korean. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously Join us in this rewarding role where your expertise will help streamline claims processing while supporting our commitment to providing exceptional service.
