Warranty Claims Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

Process and submit accurate manufacturer warranty claims Ensure compliance with Fiat warranty guidelines and documentation requirements Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and the manufacturer to resolve claim issues Track and follow up on claim payments and denials Maintain detailed records of all claims and submissions

What We're Looking For:
