This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with service advisors and mechanics to gather the necessary documentation for warranty claims. Track claim statuses and follow up on delays, denials, and resubmissions. Ensure all warranty work meets manufacturer and dealership standards. Maintain organized records of all warranty-related paperwork. Identify trends in warranty rejections and work proactively to reduce errors. Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners to expedite claim approvals.

What We're Looking For:

1+ year Proven experience in a warranty role with Chrysler is

REQUIRED.

Strong organizational skills
