Maintains confidential records of disability claims, ensuring uncompromising adherence to HIPAA regulations and rigorous compliance with organizational policies. Processes applications for financial assistance through the departmental Patient Support Fund to assist eligible patients. Acts as a liaison for and has oversight of the tracking and utilization of various philanthropic funds.

provides administrative oversight for day-to-day operations including task assignments, coverage, and daily priorities. Identifies best practices related to disability claims management, FMLA guidelines, and commercial disability insurance. Stays abreast of industry laws and rules (HIPAA, FMLA, SSA, etc.).
