full-time Ragan & Ragan, PC is a collections and creditor's rights law firm that represents financial institutions in the collection of consumer debt, and we are seeking a consumer litigation collector to join our growing practice. Job responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls concerning consumer litigation accounts. Experience with collection litigation and applicable federal and state collection laws is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate would have some knowledge of the consumer collection litigation process and experience handling inbound and outbound collection calls. Ragan & Ragan, PC offers a competitive salary, healthcare insurance, retirement savings, and regular bonuses. The job is in-office, Monday through Friday (no weekends or extended hours).
