This role combines phone-based customer support with research and documentation work, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people while staying organized and detail-oriented. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for agent phone inquiries Assist with account changes, business status questions, and debt balance inquiries Research and explain account activity and commission-related issues Document interactions and maintain accurate records Work across multiple systems and follow established procedures Schedule & Work Arrangement Monday-Friday 7.5-hour workday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Hybrid flexibility supported following onsite training Why Consider This Opportunity?
